Privacy Policy

Where we are

Aftermath is in an early stage: we are validating interest in the product described on this site. The product is not generally available. This policy describes what we do with information on this website and when you create or use an account via our sign-in flow. When we launch broader product access, we will update this page.

What we collect today

  • Website use. When you browse this website, typical technical data is processed by our hosting provider—such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, timestamps, and pages requested—so the site can load and so we can operate and secure it.
  • Sign-in (optional). If you use sign-in or sign-up, authentication is handled by Clerk. They process account-related data (for example email and profile details) according to their own privacy notice. We receive what is needed to recognize your session and operate that flow.
  • Messages you send us. If you contact us (for example by email or through a form we add later), we keep what you send for as long as needed to reply and follow up.

We are not using this policy to claim access to your Vercel projects, production logs, or other product integrations unless and until we offer that functionality to you and describe it here.

How we use it

We use the information above to run the site, authenticate visitors who sign in, respond to you, improve the experience, and meet legal or security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we rely on

We use service providers to host and operate the site. Today that includes, for example, Vercel (hosting) and, if you sign in, Clerk (authentication). Their own terms and policies apply to their services. We may add or change providers as the product develops and will keep this section broadly accurate.

Retention, security, and location

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect data, but no site is perfectly secure. Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us (below) for requests. You can also use Clerk's account tools where applicable.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under the age required in your region to consent to online services. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Contact

For privacy questions, reach out through whatever contact method we publish on this site (for example a support email when we add one). This is not legal advice; we are a small, pre-launch project. See also our Terms & Conditions.
